So at the start of your coaching session you will go through your own experiences and golfing problems with the coach, who will take this and many more things into account when starting out, you will then be required to fill out a simple questionnaire; the aim of this is to build a picture of how you see you’re putting and any possible reasons for why your performance has dropped a level or two! The real businesses starts now, an aim test is the first exercise as this is the single largest problem to bad putting mechanically and visually. Next we carry out a stroke analysis using the Science and Motion Puttlab or Zenio device. These systems measure up to 28 parameters of your stroke and the results will be explained to you in precise and clear terminology. Having now identified your weak areas and in particular we pay close attention to your posture & biomechanics, using a combination of the 3rd generation Dynamic Coaching & Fitting Tool and the training modules found on the two systems used we are able to improve your stroke in real time, analyzing one putt at a time. From the data collected a practice routine will be suggested to significantly improve your putting performance and enjoyment of the game!
